Exposure to new ideas is one concept we strive to communicate. We bring in experienced and talented instructors to educate our participants on the importance of developing skills to increase confidence and a positive self image. 

Throughout the year, business women, mothers, and other female community members volunteer to join us in our quest to nurture, support, and challenge the girls to become role models. We realize it takes a village to raise a child.

The girls who participate are exposed to good people, resources, information, entertainment, food and more! It's truly a full day of allowing the girls to dream of their future. When you know who you want to be, you tend to go in that direction.

Cultivating a healthy, safe environment is at the core of our strategy. We invest time and leverage  resources to promote intelligence, meekness, ambition, gracefulness, and eminence throughout the conference.
